IHSMA LG Contest - Final Details

Good afternoon everyone!

Our Large Group Contest details for next Friday in Fairfield have been released, so I wanted to push along some finalized details about our performance:

• Our performance time next Friday is 7:55pm. Our call-time to be at KHS is 5:20, with the bus leaving at 5:30. This will get us down to Fairfield around 6:50.
• Students should arrive to KHS in their concert black attire. Robes will be bagged up and ready to transport on the bus when we leave.
• Choir students in Concert Band, be on the look-out for an email from Mr. Collins about your call time; band will have their performance earlier in the evening compared to Concert Choir.
• Students will be released to go home with parents as soon as we have received our scores. If students are not returning home with parents/guardians, they must ride the busses back to KHS.
• Parents, if you are planning on bring your student home with you after the performance Friday, please email myself and Mr. Paulsen. All students must ride the bus down to contest.
• The concession stand will be open when we arrive. We have not heard if it is cash-only, but the previous contest centers have been cash only in the past, so please plan accordingly.
