End of Year Concert - Final Details

Good afternoon everyone!

We have finalized details for State Large Group Contest, and you can check the last blog post for that information! With our End of Year Concert and Senior Recognition Ceremony a week away on the 13th, I wanted to push those finalized details now that the program is finalized:

• Choir students have a call time for 6:25 that evening. Chamber and Concert students can arrive at the same time. Attire is Concert Black w/Choir Robes.
• Due to scheduling this year, the concert format is a shared Band and Choir Concert with the Senior Recognition Ceremony between performances. Therefore, the Concert order will be Jazz Ensemble first followed by Concert Band. The Senior Ceremony will occur after Concert Band, and then Concert Choir will perform followed by Chamber Singers.
• Seniors' Parents/Guardians will escort their students on stage for recognition during the ceremony as they have done in years past. We hope to see you in attendance!
• The Concert will begin promptly at 7pm. Mr. Collins and I are hoping to keep things rolling, so we are expecting no later than an 8:30/8:45 Concert end time.
